This project supports industry training organisations to better meet the needs of Māori workplace learners. The authors developed a model – Te Ako Tikitike – that considers the key characteristics present when Māori learners are successful in workplace-based training.
This set of 3 booklets has been developed to provide support for mentors, learners and organisations in professional and vocational areas. The resources focus on maximising the effectiveness of their field-based experiences.
